It was actually after watching the instagram stories of a Brownies & Lemonade party where they brought in some drum & bass acts like Netsky and Dimension that I started digging deeper into the genre. There's something so alluring about the genre that I wanted to explore in my own music and it was the eve of my New Years festival show that I started this song. About a year ago I started writing a really melodic track. I was layering my vocals and was really happy with where it was headed but I felt like I needed someone with better lyrical and vocal skills to step in and really make the most of it. I asked KINLEY to spend a couple days in my studio and Never Coming Home was the result. She absolutely killed it, and after submitting it to the 2016 CBC Search Light we shopped it around to some labels. We had a couple offers but in the end we decided to put it out ourselves. With the support of our amazing fans and GalaxyMusic we hope to reach the ears and hearts of the world <3
