Nascida a 21 de Setembro de 1986, Lindsey Stirling é uma violinista, dançarina, cantora e compositora. Em 2010 participou na quinta temporada do programa 'A America Tem Talento' (America's Got Talent).
Com apenas 5 anos pediu ao pai para aprender a tocar violino, influenciada em grande parte pela musica clássica que este ouvia. Teve assim aulas privadas durante 12 anos em musica clássica e aos 16 participou numa banda de música rock constituída por 4 amigos chamada 'Stomp on Melvin'.
O Cinematografo Devin Graham, após a participação de Lindsey no concurso 'America's Got Talent' no ano de 2010, contactou-a via Facebook com a esperança de poder realizar vídeos com a artista. Alguns meses mais tarde Lindsey entrou em contacto com ele de forma a gravar o seu novo video para a musica "Spontaneous Me". [6] O Video ajudou imenso para o aumento de popularidade de Lindsey.
