Reaching international listeners on Proton Radio, Digitally Imported, Pure.FM, Tenzi.FM, Dance Paradise, and other radio platforms, Silk Royal Showcase recently reached its 300th episode (http://www.silkroyalshowcase.com) and now often ranks amongst the Top 100 Music Podcasts in the USA on iTunes.

Carefully selected to represent the sound of Silk Royal Showcase radio, the songs included in the compilation range from the more pensive and melancholic shades of progressive to the more club-oriented, peak-hour material we tend to play at the end of our radio show mixes and live sets. Many of the artists are seasoned veterans of the SRS compilation series; there are also numerous first-time contributors to this year's compilation, many of whom have asserted themselves as leading talents in trance & progressive in just the past year. Label mainstays and management team members Lumidelic & Skua have teamed up to create a lush pair of original tracks for their first collaborative release on Emergent Shores.

“Echoes of you” and “Hope for tomorrow” both push the dynamic duo’s trademark sounds, blending gorgeous melodies with emotive atmospherics and most of all, positive energy; creating a stunning foundation for this EP. However, that’s not all for this package! We are incredibly excited to welcome Progressive House royalty to our imprint in the form of Universal Solution, an artist who will need no introduction to fans of the genre through his releases on Anjuna Deep, Silk and his numerous live support slots with Above & Beyond. His remix of “Echoes of You” delivers exactly what you would expect: a deep, melodic, hypnotic groove layered with vocal stabs and electro synths all in his own ubiquitous style. Rounding off this package, we give a warm welcome back to Slovakia-based melody masters Mark & Lukas, whose remix of “Hope for tomorrow” is a true thing of beauty. Delivering a classic progressive interpretation of the original, with beautiful pads, delicate keys and expressive plucks, building to an emotive climax and completing this wonderful release perfectly.

Marking our now 50th release here at the Cities imprint, we are extremely excited to celebrate this milestone with the new club savvy single 'I Found You', delivered by one of the most monumental names in progressive & trance today, Talamanca.

Being a name that needs no introduction in regards to his prowess in the music scene, we do however like to remind everyone that he is also the lead designer behind our graphics department as well as his design company "Huzen Design". Aside from being a prodigious talent in both these regards, he's also an incredibly kind and passionate soul, and every ounce of that passion can be found in each of his productions, each and every time. With his new single 'I Found You', this statement couldn't be more true, as this first time outing on Cities definitely goes to show how diversity and quality are always in tow with each of his productions, this time pushing a heavier melodic-saw styled edge that immediately shows. Pushing luscious layers of gorgeous melodies, lovely progressions and heavy synths, this track really takes flight once the serenading piano lead, heart rumbling basslines and emotionally charged atmos take hold, making this one of the most diverse and stand-out productions we've seen from this man yet.

Taking his rightful seat once more as one of the most highly recognized artists in today's trance & progressive scene, this is Talamanca with the astounding new debut single 'I Found You'.
