Montek - Metralla

Montek (Granollers, Barcelona, 1985) descubrió la música electrónica a los 18 años, de la mano del movimiento ‘rave’ catalán. 

Sus primeras influencias llegaron del Drum’n’Bass, aunque pronto se adentró en el universo del Hardtechno y el Schranz.



Tras adquirir su primer equipo, comenzó a explorar en profundidad la mezcla y la producción, desarrollando un interés constante por cada detalle técnico y creativo. Su dedicación le llevó a formar parte del colectivo Skizofrenik, donde compartió experiencias con artistas de referencia como Necrodur, Mario Biani y Narkotic Dlux.



Con el tiempo, Montek se inclinó hacia un Schranz más duro, dinámico y personal. Ese estilo le abrió las puertas del colectivo Trauma (Madrid/Toledo) y posteriormente de la agencia 5 Minds Booking, con la que trabajó durante una larga etapa.



Después de tres años de intensa actividad, decidió centrarse en la creación de un sonido propio y diferenciado. 

Su constancia y esfuerzo por conseguir un sonido propio y característico pronto llamó la atención tanto de sellos internacionales, publicando en labels como Jason Mask, The Devils Rejects, Badbrains, GNOT, Ifactor, Elementz Records, Double Sense Records, entre otros.



A lo largo de su trayectoria ha compartido cabina con referentes internacionales como DJ Hammond, Acid Flux, Sandy Warez, Greg Notill, Frank Kvitta, Viper XXL, Waldhaus, Malke, Alex TB, Svetec, entre muchos más. 

Su música también lo ha llevado a actuar en escenarios y festivales de prestigio, entre ellos:
