🧠 World Overview:
In a city where everything appears normal on the surface, more and more people begin to lose their memories - not all at once, but slowly, without realizing it.

The more memories they lose, the more detached from themselves they become.
Until one day… they turn into “Hollows” - hollowed-out beings who move like humans, but have no soul or self left.

But no one can see what’s happening.
Not the memories. Not the transformations.
Except for a few.

A rare few are born with the ability to see the fragments of lost memories - glowing shards of light drifting silently through the world.
They are known as Fragment Hunters.

🕊️ Aira – The Girl with No Past:
Aira wakes up one day with no memories of who she is.
No family. No name. No past.
Just a glowing necklace of fragile, shimmering glass shards - memory fragments that do not belong to her.

She doesn’t know why…
But she can see things others can’t: glowing fragments, floating in the rain, drifting through rooms, clinging to strangers.

One night, she’s attacked by a Hollow - an empty human shell.
She is saved by a stranger named Kael, a seasoned Fragment Hunter.
They’ve never met. Or so they think.

⚔️ Kael – The Hunter with No Truth:
Kael is cold, methodical, and experienced.
He works for a Hunter organization that studies the phenomenon of memory loss and tries to recover fragments and return them to their rightful owners.

He believes that too many memories destroy you.
That remembering is dangerous.
But what he doesn’t realize… is that some of the fragments he’s been recovering belong to himself.
And some of them belong to Aira.

The truth is:
They are connected by a shared past that both of them have forgotten.

🌠 Sora – The Living Memory:
One day, a child appears.
Sora.
Innocent, soft-spoken, and only visible to Aira.

Sora holds many fragments — some that seem tied to Aira, some to Kael, and others to people neither of them can name.
She smiles. She listens. But she never says everything she knows.

Because Sora is not a human.
She is a living memory — a construct, a ghost, a piece of Aira’s forgotten self given form.
Neither Aira nor Kael realize this at first.
And neither knows that they are family.

🔍 The Mystery:
The Hunters believe memory loss is a disease.
But what if it’s not?
What if some people are losing their memories on purpose?
What if someone is taking them?

And what happens when a memory doesn’t want to be found?

As the fragments return and the truth slowly resurfaces, Aira and Kael must face who they were, who they became, and the moment that broke them apart.

Because somewhere, hidden inside one of those fragments, is the memory that explains everything.

Who Aira really is.
What Kael did.
And why Sora exists at all.
