A balance of creation and deliberation must be met for us to become even half of our output. Life is cyclical, that does not mean we need to follow it like an outline, or a syllabus, we can make mistakes. Our lives are comprised of constant yes ; no'ing. A Song For Signs

Here is a quick breakdown on those movements:

Quads – squats, lunges, one legged squats, box jumps.
Butt and Hamstrings – hip raises, deadlifts, straight leg deadlifts, good mornings, step ups.
Push (chest, shoulders, and triceps) – overhead press, bench press, incline dumbbell press, push ups, dips.
Pull (back, biceps, and forearms) – chin ups, pull ups, bodyweight rows, dumbbell rows.
Core (abs and lower back) – planks, side planks, exercise ball crunches, mountain climbers, jumping knee tucks, hanging leg raises.

When approaching a mixed set a bar or club, and the guy or guys get jealous because I am talking to the girls in their group and he starts talking shit or being physical. What would be the recommended course of action? I don't want to get in a fight. But I don't want to back down either. I think you said that you befriended the guys before the girls if they are old friends in one of the thread comments on the forum. But what if it doesn't help? 

Or what should I do, if guys get jealous in general for me approaching women they don't even know and just want to talk shit or start a fight? Does this ever cross your mind or is this sort of an irrational fear I have? In general, I am asking what do you recommend I do to calmly handle situations like this to avoid a fight. Are these situations rare to happen? If it does happen, should I walk away, and onto the next chick? Ignore it? Wanted your take on it.

I haven't been to the club a or bar in a long time and this is a (possibly irrational) fear I have. The reason I don't go out to bars and clubs. I have been around drunk people and they can get rude and aggressive as fuck. I don't drink by the way.
