Monty DayJaVu HughesBerry or Bazooka Joe, Grew up in a small town in Kentucky. Listening to a mixture of Classic Rock & Soul Music such as Al Green, Ottis Redding & Marvin Gaye along with Gospel Music he would have a tremendous influence for his own creativity. Monty grew up in a home Ravaged with Crack Cocaine, Alcoholism , Drug Dealers & Biker Gangs. He was raised by a Black Irish Family . His Mother who was Native American & White, His Father who was African American & White  surrounded him with culture which presented a unique confusion for his adolescent peer group. His Mother  taught him how to record Music on the home stereo system, though he would not begin really writing & recording his own lyrics until he was 14 years old. When he was 15 he begin Rapping with a Trio from Bardstown Kentucky Known as the 3 Kings who later would change their name to The Bourbon City Boys.  Later he would join a Texas Rap syndicate known as NO LUV ENTERTAINMENT.  Under NO LUV ENTERTAINMENT he would learn not only how to operate in the streets but as well in the studio. After going out on his own he would eventually put together his own crew. For over 10 years he would perfect his Craft becoming the Artist he is Today. Unfortunately in 2016 his life would set its self up for perfect success & failure all at the same time. Engulfed by his own Drug Addiction & Lifestyle his Career plans would be put on hold. While planning a music festival he became a Target of The local police force. While watching the police watch him, his life would spiral out of control. The Drugs would cause him to become paranoid of his own Family, Artist, Friends & Overall network. In 2020 he experienced a series of unfortunate events that would eventually lead him into surrendering to the demise of his own vices. While he has been sober for nearly 2 years, he is currently working to re-establish is life and re build the person who he once was…… The Future Awaits his Arrival …… TO BE CONTINUED ……
