For the eigth edition of our podcast series, we are blessed to have an artist on board, who played a very important role in our process of growth at UY Studio. Claudio PRC is an Italian deep techno specialist who takes cues from avant-garde and ambient music as well as the abyssal echoes of early hypnotic acid and dub. Heʼs been active as a DJ and producer since 2006 and released his records mainly on Prologue Music, Semantica Records, and TGP, of which he is a co-founder. Since 2018 Claudio is a resident DJ in one of Pragueʼs most valued clubs, Ankali, where he curates the Volumi Dinamici night. In 2020 he founded 012, a new platform dedicated to art and sound research.

Today we are pleased to present the podcast of the artist Dino Sabatini.

His work has helped to develop and redefine what it means to work with electronic music in the 21st century: although his sounds are thoroughly modern, synthesized and clearly represented, his production continues to nurture the deep roots of lore and lost mythology that have sustained human creativity for millennia.

With his personal record label, Outis, Sabatini continually goes beyond expectations by bringing his senses back to this world of automation and machines.
It has also been a major element on labels such as Stroboscopic Artefacts, Elettronica Romana (home to several releases by his 'Modern Heads' duo with Gianluca Meloni), Adam X's Sonic Groove, Prologue or NODE Recordings participating in the label's first release.

Sabatini's search for a world without self-imposed creative limitations has earned him an impressive number of partnerships with productions and remixes involving artists such as Donato Dozzy, Claudio PRC, Giorgio Gigli, Shapednoise, Luigi Tozzi, Edit Select or Teste.

One last mix to end the year. When Svreca sent me this set, he could not have known what it would mean to me. I have spent so much time looking back lately, reliving old discussions and re-imagining moments passed, often lamenting how much was lost along the way. In just under three hours this mix communicates the flow of years. An archived recording from a special memory, it reminds me that the passage of time is beautiful even in what it fades away. Listening to it, I become lost completely, as though I am everywhere at once.

Thank you to everyone who listened this year, who sent warm messages and left comments, who supported us and kept us feeling connected. Thank you to the artists who continue to give their time and trust to the podcast and label, and keep us moving forward.
