We're happy to celebrate 3k followers on SoundCloud with a very special podcast by our dear Fabrizio Lapiana.

This is an extract from his set performed at 'Art Bei Ton: from Berlin to Lisbon #5' event at Village Underground in Lisbon (June 17th 2022). 

In this recording we can appreciate all the sonorities and timbres that characterize the maturity of the sound of the talented Roman artist, who manages to perfectly blend hypnotic vortexes with dark, rumbling bass patterns.

More Info about Fabrizio Lapiana :

Fabrizio Lapiana is a well-known fixture on the contemporary Italian techno scene. His musical career started in his hometown Rome where he began collecting vinyl and DJ’ing in the early 90’s. 

After being mainly active on the local scene, Fabrizio in 2008 started producing and founded his own imprint, the well renowned Attic Music. The label quickly expanded from hosting just Fabrizio’s work into also releasing other artists fitting his personal definition of techno. To date Fabrizio has over two handfuls of releases, Attic Music serves as home to some of these, but also other respected labels such as ARTS, Figure Jams and M_Rec Ltd to mention a few. His productions are often dark and hypnotic, yet at times they have brighter melodious elements, with each of these components smoothly entering as the tracks unfold.

Medha is a Leipzig based Dj and promoter as a member of the PVC collective. Since the end of 2021 she is the co-host of the well-known event series aequalis at Ifz. Her passion for technoid music is
shaped by her constant search for inspiration and new tracks, which she brings together in her mixes with a mixture of intuition and thought. Influenced by the Berlin and Leipzig culture and club scene, she has developed her own way of expressing her passion. Her sound is characterised by concise basslines and rougher elements on the one hand, but also by deep and driving rhythms and repetitive sounds. Recently, she has played in clubs such as Tresor Berlin, Ifz Leipzig or Sirococlub Madrid.
