Mostly known for his rich and hypnotic live sets, he recorded for us a very deep and subtle DJ mix, showing a vast musical knowledge and an extreme quality in the mixing. With many percussive elements, and a vast array of soundscapes, this mix stands out for its clean sound and complex grooves organized in a smooth arrangement.

He has inherently embodied the spirit of deep techno, of which defines Hypnus Records, through his passion for audio engineering, hardware experimentation and fascination for percussive instruments.

Feral’s affinity for the shamanic calls of the tribal drum have led him across the world to discover and nurture his defining sound. Finding comfort in the solitude of his studio, Feral’s visions emerge in the crepuscular hours of his native city, Rome. Our yearly Midwinter mix returns for its 12th edition and as always, is mixed by Hypnus Records founder Ntogn.

2024 has seen Ntogn playing all around the world at institutions such Vurt, Tresor, La Vallée Électrique and Modem Festival, plus releasing a very fresh EP ‘Alive’ released on his own Tome records. 

This year’s Midwinter mix features cinematic samples interspersed with his renowned hypnotic sound providing the ideal soundtrack to this weekend’s winter solstice.

We're happy to be back with our mix series. This time we have a session by Parisian artist BLNDR (Hypnus Records) with a sophisticated and meticulous selection, immersing us in an hour of deep and tribal techno, which is his specialty. Tom is a close friend of the label who made an incredible remix of MB4, one of the tracks that are part of Seph's album entitled Ulizen.
