This has probably been one of the most requested sets ever if I'm being honest and is a masterclass 3hr journey from Donato.

Hypnotic, psychedelic, trippy, deep techno crafted with care and meticulous attention to detail, he really is a master in that regard and it was an absolute pleasure to have him play for us all those years ago. 

Having 2 3hr DJ sets on the same night was a bit of a rarity for us, mainly because we usually had so many live acts to accomodate at each party so it was nice to give both Mike and Donato ample room to do their thing at this one. I probably only caught a short amount of this set on the night but since then it is one I keep going back to listen to again and again. It's a great one for late night driving as well.

Alderaan has been a engaged in the techno and ambient music scene for more than a decade where he released his first EP back in 2014 on the Planet Rhythm label. Over the years, he has established himself as a prominent figure in Argentina's electronic music landscape, performing at some of the country's top venues.

In this curated mix, Alderaan takes a more abstract approach, stepping away from his usual style. He mentioned how much he enjoyed putting this mix together, and we believe you'll feel that energy too. Enjoy.

Mike Parker, you would assume, is a perfectionist. His techno is meticulous, his grooves as hypnotic as any. Over the course of two decades he has honed in on his vision with ever increasing accuracy. He manages to get huge amounts of detail into his tunes that elevates them above purely functional material and lands him on labels like Semantica, Prologue and Tresor in both EP and LP format. 

The American is just as deep and powerful as a DJ, even without the use of kick drums. And that’s the path he follows over the course of one absorbing hour here, laying out a cinematic journey into space that is propelled by ambient synths and sci-fi motifs that set real scenes and have a real sense of narrative. At times it is blissful, at others more unnerving, but rarely will you hear an ambient mix as coherent and compelling as this.
