An extended mix from Rrose to celebrate our entry into 2023 and the upcoming release of TULIP SPACE [EAUX1591] available for pre-order now at https://eaux.ro/album/tulip-space and the upcoming full-length album PLEASE TOUCH (full announcement in Spring). The mix contains tracks from both releases.

This is a studio mix, started with an initial live take and then combed over meticulously with automated filters, eq, and fx. This is the same setup I use to play out, minus the automation. There is rarely a point when only one track is playing. I always try to find mixes that feel like a new track emerges from the combination. I imagine the optimal listening environment to be eyes-closed with headphones on, but I also hope you will feel an irresistible urge to move at some points ;)

스페인을 넘어 영국, 독일, 네덜란드, 러시아, 이탈리아 등 전 유럽에 걸쳐 사랑받고 있는 디제이 Aiken은, 80년대 중반 스페인에서 태어나 디트로이트 테크노, 베를린 사운드, 그리고 UK 테크노 등의 다양한 영향을 받았으며, 가장 순수한 테크노부터 딥 테크노, 일렉트로, IDM까지 폭넓은 사운드를 아우르고 있다. Aiken은 여러 디지털 레이블에서 EP 앨범을 발표한 이후, 2011년 Semantica Records에서 EP "Mer"를 발매하며 피지컬 포맷으로 데뷔했다. 그 후 Non Series, KEY Vinyl, Chronicle 등 존경받는 레이블에서 발표한 작업들은 세계적인 테크노 아티스트들로부터 많은 지지를 받았고 여러 차트에 진입했다. 2015년에는 자신의 플랫폼인 Timeline을 설립하여 다양한 영향을 결합한 창의성을 표현하고 있다.

Aiken is a Spanish artist born in the mid-80s, influenced by diverse sources such as Detroit techno, the Berlin sound, and music produced in the UK, among others. As a DJ, his sets cover a wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the purest forms of techno to deeper variations, as well as electro and IDM. As a producer, after releasing on several digital labels, he made his physical debut in 2011 with the EP “Mer” on Semantica Records. Since then, his releases on Non Series, KEY Vinyl, and Chronicle have been charted and supported by leading figures in the global techno scene. In 2015, he launched his own platform, Timeline, with the aim of expressing his creativity by combining different influences. All of these projects have contributed to his DJ sets being enjoyed in top clubs across countries such as England, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, and Italy.
