For the first release Gaard comes forward with two tracks of electronic manipulations, traversing through ambient, industrial, techno and beyond for a great two track release limited to 25 vinyl copies with a risoprinted OBI strip, done in partnership with Disc Archive. Today we premiere the A side.

PREMIERE : Forest On Stasys - Aniara [Ritualism]

A small light with an enchanting green glow was moving in unusual patterns as if it was suggesting to be followed. 

Instinctively, he started walking towards it. It led him through paths, trees and places he never visited before. After a while, they arrived at a garden. This place was unlike no other.

A big-eyed plant jumped from the pond and focused his gaze upon him. It seemed like all the plants were alive and were disturbed by his presence. 

He walked around, closely observing everything. Strange flowers, bizarre insects and odd animals filled his vision. "What kind of place is this? Is it real or a figment of my imagination?" he asked himself.

NORITE, the Brussels-based record label, finishes 2020 in style with the second opus in the Noritian Mysteries series. The incredible 20-track compilation features some of the label's long-time friends and some of the newfound companions.
Josef Gaard's 'Tzumu Chant,' our premiere for today, is one of the standouts from this phenomenal package. 'Tzumu Chant' is a tribal deep techno excursion. Its eerie atmosphere augmented with haunting pads and driven by rumbling kick drum take a listener for a journey that depicts explorations of the depths of The Cango Caves in South Africa in search of mysterious creature Tzumu. 

Noritian Mysteries II is coming out on December 30 via NORITE.
