A deeply relaxing little journey devised to accompany the wonderful Tracy-Jane Sullivan's breathwork session at Soul Circus festival, where she took participants through a guided visualisation using the life of a tree from seed to fruit :) Beautiful music interwoven with field recordings I've made over the last year, of rain, thunder and birds.

I was invited by Karen and Fiona at Sensory Solutions to create a 20 minute mix for a movement meditation exercise within their 30 day Sleep Course. The brief was to assist people with an inward journey of release. I used melodic transportive tracks with samples and field recordings woven through it.

Rirayana means 'to go for a ride' in Quichua.
