NOVYY ELEKTRONNYY RITM (BEATS FROM RUSSIA) - MOODMOODS MIXTAPE

DESAMPA is a young singer/songwriter from São Paulo. 

His influences are soul, electronic and pop. For his debut EP, DESAMPA was inspired by: James Blake, SBTRKT, Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder.
DESAMPA released his debut EP called “Err” in February, with 6 tracks. The EP was recorded and mixed in São Paulo, and mastered at The Exchange Mastering Studios in London, by the same professionals that mastered SBTRKT, The xx, Metronomy and Hot Chip. While recording the EP, DESAMPA opted to keep his voice raw, without using effects and corrections, and the arrangements with a minimalist touch, which would highlight the feeling and composition of his songs. The musician has created a unique sound that appeals from fans of R&B, to fans of experimental electronic music.
DESAMPA wears a mask and doesn’t reveal much of his identity.
