Next up on Industry Standard we have UK expat & New Zealand resident Dick Johnson.  Having been a mainstay on the House & Deep House scene for well over 2 decades he has released on labels such as Play It Down, Paper Recordings & Shaboom. His track ‘I Can’t Help Myself’ featured on our Industry Standard ‘Bits n Bobs Vol.1’ at the end of 2021, now we welcome Dick to the label for his first solo release on the label.

He’s delivered us a great 3 track EP featuring 2 versions of the title track ‘Into The Groove’, and ‘Get Up Now’ to finish it off. Make no mistake, these 3 tracks are all aimed squarely at the dancefloor, with pulsating rhythm sections, and enough disco licks to keep Studio 54 on fire.
