Qui è dove la quiete viene turbata. Dove per difenderci da un soggetto o un evento dobbiamo trovare la soluzione più consona al nostro modo di ragionare.
Mettiamo, per esempio, che la persona X abbia fatto dei commenti sgradevoli su una persona a noi cara. O che abbia mentito su questioni importanti.

Noi ci sentiamo feriti, da cui nasce la tristezza.

Noi ci sentiamo insultati, da dove nasce la rabbia.

Per valori sociali, gli uomini sono più propensi a generare una finta rabbia.

Essa può causare vari problemi a livello sociale.
Le ripercussioni sono spesso catastrofiche e distruttive.

° Secondo stadio: Azione
La situazione degenera. Fare del male fisico alla persona che ti ha fatto un torto diventa il tuo unico obiettivo.
La vista del sangue ti fa sentire felice. I tuoi occhi si illuminano quando percepisci la sua sofferenza.
Cel' hai fatta. Ha pagato per il suo sbaglio.

° Terzo stadio: Gioia
Sei stato fantastico.
Davvero.

° Quarto stadio: Realizzazione

Come cazzo fai ad essere così stupido?
Più che altro, come fai ad esserlo stato fino ad ora. Testa di cazzo. Grandissima testa di cazzo. Hai rovinato una serata tranquilla per il tuo desiderio di apparire forte. Il tuo desiderio di schiacciare gli altri per non sentire quel vuoto causato dalla mancanza della vera rabbia, quella che rende valide le tue opinioni e ti fa rispettare.
Tu devi dimenticarti di chi eri. Dentro di te stai ancora combattendo la guerra con te stesso e il tuo passato.
Le persone non ti aspetteranno e asseconderanno all' infinito.
Forse è ora di andare in terapia.
