In 2021, the New Jersey based producer & DJ launched his Devilish Affair imprint with the Adventures EP which was supported by many leading names in the industry. 

Eric’s story continues with a follow up to the label’s debut in the form of "Adventures Part 2.”

Drama’ leads the release and lays down a dynamic stab-led hook at its core while a bumpy vacillating rhythm, murky textures and low-end pulsations carry the ever-evolving groove throughout. ‘Café Dubs Part 1’ follows and dives deeper courtesy of sweeping atmospherics, expansive reverberations and airy pads running atop a minimalistic drum groove. 

‘Floating Away’ is up next and as the name would suggest offers a cosseting feel via ethereal, billowing pad lines, soft chord stabs, twinkling synth chimes and low-slung percussion. 

Closing it out, ‘School Yard’ then leans into darker realms with hazy, heavily reverberated stabs, hypnotic voices, crisp drums and choppy bass hits

Darkness Abstraction est un voyage hypnotisant qui veut pénétrer la profonde noirceur composée par les ténèbres. Le but du projet n’est pas forcément d’être inquiétant, mais de donner l’idée abstraite de la matière obscure et cachée de notre âme afin de se laisser absorber par la beauté pure de la matière noire. C’est donc un petit projet expérimental mêlant Deep Techno et Techno Ambient et dont la présence singulière du musicien de jazz et metal progressif Safir Lamkhantar sur la dernière piste « The Light Reborn » permet d’entrevoir l’hétérogénéité du projet musical de Blue Spleen Element.
