ISAAC SOTO, born in Mexico City in 1990, produces and mixes multicultural, experimental and downtempo music with electronic music. At the age of 7 he studied piano. In 2014 he formed the DODECAEDRO experimental music label. When he performs Live he manipulates recordings with samples and digital textures that reflect highly percussive elements.

Isaac has played in Mayan Warrior at Burning Man 2019, Mutek 2018 and 2017, Boiler Room Mexico, Centro Cultural España and worked with the Centro de Cultura Digital and NRMAL festival. He is a resident of the Departamento club in Mexico City. He has also played clubs around the world such as House of Yes (NYC), Katerblau (Berlin) and Kauz (Zurich).

Из личной практики музыкальной селекции, 

__В каждый календарный год в мою копилку электронной музыки прилетает 2-3 трека (0,01 % от общего числа), которые в своей самобытности вылетают из общей палитры моих музыкальных изысканий.
По этой причине данный контент, за единичным исключением, не попадал в мои квартальные срезы селекции, но он неизменно из года в год продолжал так же единично-штучно пополнятся и поступательно расти в объемах.

Так за 11 лет неспешной практики, коллекция набрала свои добротные количественную емкость , а составляющий ее контент превосходную 11-ти летнюю «марочную выдержку», - из которых "самый выдержанный" датирован концом 2009-го (Lusine - "Two Dots"), а последним стал шедевральный симбиоз. от Echonomist и Jenia Tarsol
Структура построена на основе 1-го Общего Паттерна, - «вокальное повествование».

Подходит отлично для, - для прогулок, занятий спортом, классно зайдет попеть в машине.___

Flow Music is an Australian record label and its new melodic house/techno release welcomes the return of Josh Richards, and also includes a remix by The Journey.

A talented young artist from Melbourne, Josh Richards dropped his first-ever official release via Flow Music in 2022 and since then he has been building unstoppable momentum. He is a master at finding the balance between organic textures and powerful synth sounds to create melodic grooves with an expansive atmosphere. Still in his early 20's he already has a mature sound that showcases a natural talent for making music.

On remix duty, The Journey is a duo of Australian artists from Melbourne who together run the highly respected record label, UGENIUS. Not only have they featured many tracks and remixes on their own imprint, but their soaring style or enrapturing melodic house/techno can also be heard on imprints such as Stil Vor Talent and Bedrock.

"Anthurium" is the solo original track on this release and it unfolds with grace and beauty as the tranquil pads of the intro are joined by a throbbing bassline, melody-rich stabs and enchanting vocals. Its cinematic breakdown is a fusion of spiralling synths and delicate woodwind instruments, which subside when the drums come crashing back in for an impactful moment of release.

The Journey's remix of Anthurium is a techy version that adds a new pulsating bassline and additional high-end percussion and explosive claps. After the epic breakdown section, they add an arpeggio synth line that compliments the original's vocal.

Happy 2024 everyone! Here's my closing set from the first Wayward of the new year! It was an awesome event, with Stoa (@stoamusic), Shiva Tiffany (@shivatiffany), and Phleck (@djphleck) playing some killer sets before me. 

Towards the end of my set, Shiva Tiffany proposed we play a little B2B (something we had talked about for a long time), and so we went for it... and the F8 crew let us go as long as we possibly could!
