My albums don’t have a specific story or narrative behind them, but more so themes. I like to leave interpretation to the listener and give multiple possibilities of what something could possibly mean

Konstantin Starostin, aka St Costa, a producer from Kursk, has prepared a release consisting of variegated broken rhythms and it's interpretations. To some extent, the sound was formed from a mixture of d'n'b, jungle and breakcore of late 00s and 90s classic electronica. However, having paid tribute to the retrospective, St Costa sounds fresh and modern using the listed genres rather as a form, a shell, inside which the artist is most comfortable to express himself today. To all break lovers!

В какой-то степени звучание сложилось из смеси d'n'b, джангла и брейккора конца нулевых и классической электроники 90-ых. Впрочем, отдав дань ретроспективе, St Costa звучит свежо и современно, используя перечисленные жанры скорее как форму, оболочку, внутри которой артисту наиболее удобно высказаться сегодня. Всем любителям ломанья!

Hamoon Ghayebi aka KUDD was born in 1994 and currently lives in Rasht, Iran. His first experiences in music production came in beatboxing and writing lyrics for rap tracks. Like all young men of a certain demo, at some point Hamoon fell in love with the 90’s british electronic music movement, drum/n/bass, breaks, trip hop, dark ambient, synthwave, downtempo, the tracks of The Prodigy and Kruder & Dorfmeister, Massive Attack, Portishead. Adorned by hardcore industrial samples, these influences wash out on his 1999 EP: the introspective lo-fi breakbeat of “Brussels”, loop & twisted mayhem of “Knowledge”, and dance to the sunrise in a forest of emotional layered synth-work of “Call”. We welcome the sounds of Persian lof-fi to the house of clipp.art.
