Ever since the German producer known as Claptone got his start just a year ago, he has been awarded artist of the year on the German Trendcharts DCC 2012, and has held his spot on Beatport’s Top 10 Tracks in the deep house category. So, without surprise, Claptone brought in 2013 with a fresh EP that is still at the top of the charts today.
No Eyes, which features the vocals of Jaw from dOP has been getting love from all over the world including plays by Annie Mac and Pete Tong ('Essential Tune') on BBC Radio 1 who named Claptone 'Future Star of 2013' at the beginning of the year.
It’s a gripping deep house production with an expressive melody, driven by the low and eerie bass line. The airy keyboard chords gives it the personality of a dark, daydream vibe, while the progression is rhythmic and funky. The fresh vocals interlock with the deep house instrumental, creating a song that will be bumping in the back of your mind for a while.

The second installment from the ‘Charmer Remixed’ series features reworks from Format:B, Raumakustik and Superlover; more dancefloor gold offered up by the man with the golden mask. 

‘Charmer Remixed’ is the final act of Claptone’s debut album campaign; a collection of remixes which close the curtain on the ‘Charmer’ chapter but leave us all wanting more and anticipating what he has planned for us next.
 
The second EP in the series features three peak-time cuts from a trio of German heavyweights.
 
Format:B are on an incredible roll and have fast become one of the hottest things in the tech house scene right now and seriously deliver with a typically heads-down club juggernaut. Meanwhile, releases on Hot Creations, Toolroom, Suara for Berlin-based Raumakustik have established them as much touted newcomers to the scene whilst Superlover complete the package with a more restrained, piano led house take on ‘Puppet Theatre’.

It follows hot on the heels of Part 1 and it’s  reworks from Justin Martin and Timo Maas, both of which have been causing a commotion on dancefloors acorss the globe, picking up the support of Jamie Jones, Tensnake and Nic Fancuilli and rapidly scaling the Beatport chart.

Part 2 is set for release on 13/2/17.

Deepalma Records founder Yves Murasca pairs up with regular collaborator Rosario Galati and German act Chasing Kurt for a release on Kittball featuring remixes from Viennas Keyano and Berlins Superlover.Having cut his teeth as an artist on Milk & Sugar, Germanys Yves Murasca has since found much success at the helm of his thriving Deepalma Records label. Together with Rosario Galati, both producers have made frequent appearances on the imprint since its launch in 2013, however it was in May last year when they made their debut on the renowned Dortmund-based label, Kittball.Murasca & Galatis second contribution to the label also features Chasing Kurt who are well-known for their work on Mousse T.s Peppermint Jam and Defected Records.An emotive and effervescent production from the off, The Light powers forward with a sultry bassline and soft synths whilst incorporating Chasing Kurts inimitable vocals. Part of the Mother Recordings family, Superlovers remix features organic percussion and an animated piano riff that contribute to an increasing rise in tension, before moving on to the darkest reinterpretation on the package from Keyano, complete with purring bass and enticing melodies.

"Worst Love" uses an anthemic sample to create a groovy dancefloor burner with tight groove.

Doctor Dru delivers a contemporary underground pop remix.

Fritz Zander from the Suol collective made a "Panorama Bar 9 am"-styled remix for the real house-heads.

The Tapesh & Maximiljan outfit has proven to be a successful combination as their last 6-track EP, “When We Were Young” (Noir Music) swooned not just a few labels in the Berlin Electro circuit. Their unique approach to deep house has been recognized and highly supported by the likes of Get Physical, Suara, Rebirth, Souvenir and now Leena Records has finally gotten their hands on this talented duo.
