SO

I've been working on this one for the past year now (ish). 
For those of you who don't know, most of the inspiration for my original songs comes from my friends (cheesy, I know) and when I started writing this, I was coming to the end of my time living in Flat 69, and a load of my friends were moving from close-by to far away places, and I moved flats (so unfortunately, I don't have a view of the Peace bridge anymore).

I didn't think the song was good enough at the time, so I ran out of inspiration.

BUT

Recently I got accepted to do a course in Manchester for songwriting with BIMM, which I never before considered taking because I didn't think I'd get in.

SO

This song is just a VERY brief account of the past four years of my life, as the lyrics will tell you.

A lot of my songs actually HAVE meanings! Who knew? :O
I just don't normally tell anyone what they mean because I don't know if people really care enough :P
I have started to take the music a good bit more seriously as there is a lot of it involved in my life and I realise that more now.

I heard the band Helio doing this song online for the movement known as "To Write Love On Her Arms" which the title of the song shares. The movement is against self-harm/self-abuse and it's possibly one of my favourite songs of all time. I really wanted to do a version of it. So here it is! They own all rights to the song and I'm merely doing this in tribute to TWLOHA and Helio themselves.
