Drawing inspiration from ‘90s breakbeat and big beat nostalgia—think The Dust Brothers, Propellerheads, Fatboy Slim, The Prodigy, among others—paired with the a more modern flair, FUNKTHEPOPULATION by Yablochko Zelenoe gives the beloved sound of the ‘90s a massive resurgence. Drenched in infectious raw grooves and packed with hip-hop and heavy metal influences, it’s a spewing fountainhead of optimism for global headbanger syndicates.

“Poison” is unrelenting and rugged, with unsuspecting switch-ups and breaks that keep the listener on their toes. Idealistic rave stabs are peppered with soulful, energizing vocals.
