Chicos, did you know that some bodies don't have hands? Some bodies use a wheelchair to stand! Some bodies are different colors and shapes than yours. And ALL bodies are just right. 

*Note: If you need to change your body to feel more at home in your skin, I wish you ease and lots of support in your transition, chicos.

When I'm feeling very anxious and I don't know what to do
I just use my breath to help me through:
