Yuri Ruggieri, known as Yu, is a DJ and electronic techno music producer born in Pescara in 1989. After experimenting with various styles, he joined the French label Binary, where he began to define his sound. His song "Contest", released in 2022, stands out for its powerful kicks and hypnotic sounds. In 2023, he debuted on vinyl with Loft Record and worked with London label Art of Dark, exploring immersive sonorities.

In October 2023, he will release a new EP with Barcelona's Gamine, promising a journey from darkness to light. Yu mixes techno with disco, progressive, EBM and house, reflecting his extensive musical influence and his training at the Milan Recreation School.
