MKZ - Come And Play

This was a mix I did back in the summer of 2008.  I took a whole week off and went to the Azle house close to the now defunct Oddballs venue and layed it all out.  Wanted it to be all bouncy and happy and just a fun mix. Those were the good ole days.. Good Times..so many fun memories.

Shuttlecock Paintshop was this random thing the ravers did at the time where someone would yell "Shuttlecock Paintshop" and the rest of the dancefloor would yell "BLASTOFF!!"   It was a fun little raver trend while it lasted so I named the mix after it.

Hope you dig it.  Its a blast from the past!!!

Back on May 30th you'll recall we undertook our biggest Hardcore Underground event to date, and recorded an entire 4xCD album LIVE (with discreet MC and stereo crowd recording too).

This is an extremely unique concept for us as a large amount of the music was completely un-heard at the time of recording. Running the event AND pulling this album together at the same time damn nearly killed us, we don't mind admitting that. But listening back to the finished product, it's actually been worth it.
