Words Of Niō serves up one of his stylish house originals on Get Physical Music, with Jelico remixing.

Multi-instrumentalist Words Of Nio aka Yul Gomez makes music that blurs the boundaries between the physical and emotional realms. The Spanish artist has been doing so for the last five or so years on the likes of Renaisssance, Wood, Humans and DNC Limited.

His majestic ‘Cold Shoulder’ is seven sublime minutes of progressive, spiritual house music. The tension in the synths keeps you locked in while lithe grooves unfold below. The emotive vocals are filled with pain and yet are beautifully delicate and mysterious.

Jelico is co-owner of Swoon Recordings and one-half of Get Physical’s Stereo.type. He is at home on leading underground labels and has DJed all over the world for many years. This knowledge imbues his music with a unique dynamic that is evidenced here. His remix is more chunky but stays deep. The synths are cosmic and bright, the drums sway low and the whole thing has a late-night feel that is perfect for cosy dance floors.

These are two superbly tasteful house tracks from all involved.

A very special release by the Mexican duo Cronus formed by Colossio and Gáme. Subtlety, psychedelia, elegance and originality are present in this avant-garde release. "Running", as it is called, is composed of two originals by Cronus and two different and personal remixes by the young Hungarian talent Lerm and the majestic Italian producer Tayga. The first track that gives name to the release is formed by a set of vocal samples, a killer constant arpeggio, a simple and forceful drum beat and enlivened with psychedelic elements that work as different effects. "Breathing" is an atmospheric trip where the classical piano takes center stage accompanied by a sensual male voice and that progressively evolves towards an unexpected forcefulness. Lerm injects his most forceful and strident style to his remix of Running. His powerful leads and a modified arpeggio will surprise you and move you towards the most current sound of the scene. The master Tayga bets for a more traditional sound in his remix to Breathing. A "Housey" version with classic elements that fills us with energy to enjoy on the dancefloor. He returns to the label with production partner, Justin Evans for his Scirocco EP. Featuring two complimentary tracks - the heavier, arpeggiated sound of the title track, combined with the slow burn of “Chamsin”.

After multiple contributions to the Diynamic catalog, Rafael Cerato is now dropping his first full EP on the Hamburg imprint.
In the opening/title track „Step On The Lead“ Rafael puts the pedal to the metal and sets us curbside at a dance floor race track. We feel the bass groove like the noise and heat of engines, and the vocal brings excitement like a live commentator while the percussions are doing their laps.
„Alright“ is a bouncy melodic peak time tune with a dramatic crescendo-to-climax and a tongue-twisting UK-rap vocal.
„Bliss“ keeps the energy levels high, but adds a hint of otherworldliness to its Tech-House canvas by featuring an eerie female vocal with ghostly distortion.
And closing off the record is „Glory“, a cinematic 80s inspired dreamy Indie Dance track that wants to take you for a ride down the 8-bit boulevard.
