On the Way to Ozora 2024 is LATAM with this concept mix to slowly introduce the audience to the morning vibes of Ozora Festival 2024 Main Stage and to the sound that he is preparing, building deeply and giving the listeners just a glimpse of the bigger picture. Romanian psychedelic trance DJ Latam first played music at a party in 2004 in unexpected and unplanned circumstances, going with the flow in a synchronistic situation. It was a Eureka moment which gave him a clearer sense of purpose and a new direction in life. Having a curious personality, he explored through the multitude sub-genres of electronica, for a while mixing in parallel psy, goa, progressive, techno, electro or house, in various forms. At present he is focusing on the groovy hypnotic side of psychedelic trance, with a versatile approach that can vary depending on the party profile, audience, location and hour, having the ability to chameleonically adapt and build bridges between different styles and tempos within the 130 to 150 BPM range. Sometimes you can hear him playing also ambient and downtempo in an eclectic chill fashion at the alternative stages. Additionally, he has an alter-ego called Fractaliceanu for faster darker psytrance, and another avatar, Melanj, with whom he ventures into deep techno territories.

House, Techno, Psytrance and the dancefloor have always taken me to my happy place. In 2020 I decided it was time to jump behind the decks myself and embark on my journey as a DJ.

Since then, I have had the opportunity to play club gigs around Melbourne and support many talented local and international DJ’s and producers.

When it comes to djing, Techno with a touch of psychedelic is my true calling.
