- برؤية عامة و واضحة للأشياء.
- بالتحكم بشكل أفضل في قلقنا و مشاعرنا.
- بالتحكم بشكل واعي بجمنا و كياننا كله.
- بالتحكم في عاداتنا، خاصة التي نرغب في تغييرها أو تحسينها (عن طريق الإيحاء).
- بابتكار عادات إيجابية جديدة.
- نكون أكثر إنصات و ملامسة لحواسنا و حدسنا.
- و الأهم أن حالة العقل الواعي فينا تكون شبه نائمة، مما يسمح للعقل اللاواعي بأخذ القيادة.
