UK producer El Train returns with catchy ‘HOLLA’ ahead of his upcoming project dropping this Autumn.

The second single from the new project, ‘HOLLA’ combines El Train’s signature laidback soulful production with bars from London rappers LIFE & Gilly Heller. The track is also paired with the instrumental ‘OPTIMISM’, a collaboration with Birmingham producer Paal Singh.

“‘HOLLA’ was an instrumental I started way back at the start of last year. I’d been wanting to work with LIFE for a while, I sent him a folder of ideas and this was the one that stuck. LIFE asked Gilly Heller to jump on and this is what we got! ‘OPTIMISM’ was a beat I started on Twitch earlier this year. I asked for people to send samples to work with, Paal sent this drum loop over and I built the track around it.”

The concept behind Team Members Only is the life of working retail. This whole project is a shift at work, staring with "clock in" (the intro) and "clock out" (the outro). This whole day at work turns out to be a dream, and ends with me waking up and having to go to work once again, making this a cycle. This project includes voice memos in between songs of myself working at my job. My message behind this EP is that there is a lot of people who hate working, especially people who have dreams, like myself. But you have to do it because you need money. You wanna leave but you simply can't at the moment.
