🔥 We’re beyond proud and excited to present our newest artist on Deep House Barcelona, and amongst our absolute favorites in the scene: the amazing French talent YokoO.

Born in Mulhouse, France, and now based in Lisbon, Julien Beltzung has been refining his sound for over two decades. YokoO is one of those rare artists who leaves a lasting imprint, whether you’re deep in the club or listening closely at home. His music doesn’t chase moments or trends, it creates them, with the quiet confidence of a true pioneer. From the very first track of this session, recorded live in Lisbon, you’re pulled straight into the pulse of the club. Hypnotic grooves unfold patiently: seductive, deep, guiding your senses through the subtle space where house and techno meet. Minimal yet rich, sometimes dark, sometimes emotionally charged, touched by lush vocals, yet always fuelled by the one element that defines YokoO: the groove.

This is the kind of music that makes you feel alive, on the dancefloor, and anywhere really. You let go. Your body moves before your mind catches up. Thoughts dissolve into rhythm, into release, into presence. Your heartbeat syncs to something deeper, something you can’t quite explain.

Every time we’ve had the privilege of witnessing YokoO play, from Barcelona to Bucharest, each experience has been entirely different, yet all shared the same essence: incredible energy, cutting-edge electronic music, and impeccable, deeply intuitive mixing. A true studio head, YokoO has spent the last 20 years mastering house music in all its deepest forms. His music continues to travel the globe, finding its way into the record bags of DJs on every continent.
