Here's my set from London Decompression 2013. It's similar to my sunrise set at 'Ooligan Alley, for those who were there, but with a whole bunch of ghetto funk party classics thrown in for good measure. I started running with this crew in September and they are some of the nicest and most welcoming people you'll ever meet. Still raving as well as running!  🚨🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♂️‍➡️Come join us for a super relaxed 5k every Wednesday, 6.30 at the George and Dragon in St George, or the Llandoger Trow on the 3rd Weds of the month for a 5k Bristol harbour loop. They also do Bath on Mondays, festival 5ks (Love Trails, Boomtown, Glasto, Forwards) and 10ks once a month at the weekend.  Big love to Jo, Ed, Helen and all the raving crew 🫶

Whatever this year throws at me, I've managed to cope with it by waddling around the park to some banging d'n'b. Drum and bass was some of the first music I went raving to, but the quality of tunes coming out over the last few years, from OG legends and young heads alike, is as good as we've ever had it.
