PRIMVM EQVES AVRATVS

MORCROF was formed in 1992 with the intention of expressing, within extreme music, philosophies that permeate human existentialism through various cultural manifestations that have been, and still are, expressed by man through mysticism, mitism and other occult sciences, which are interpreted in metaphorical letters.
The meaning of his name was derived from a book dealing with Indo-European culture, in which the word "morcrofilis" was used to refer to all kinds of inexplicable or mysterious deaths to the knowledge of ancient science.
The compositions relate from classical music to minimalist and rudimentary melodies that merge with the major metal bands of the 70s, 80s and 90s.
For over two decades MORCROF has been propagating its concepts alongside powerful hordes of necro-underground, remaining essentially loyal to its origin.
