i feel like considering what we know so far, the three fools will probably fight Berdly more out of their own will and do a proper betrayal

I like the idea, but it feels like J-Man and L-Man don’t have enough detail compared to V-Man with all his stitches

In this take, Lancer is another role that Jevil takes. However, he is separated into 3 beings with shared mind and goal. The three parts are inspired by the 3 broken keys, which are used to unlock the prison door, leading to Jevil's battle.

- J-Man is the teal guy holding three balloons and has horse-like hair resembling a his carousel’s. His design is inspired one of the scrapped Jevil designs. Showman in this body can magically create anything you desire! Ice cream, balloons, games, and games! He can create fuzzy illusion of himself, which will make you feel dizzy. He’s a carousel rider. He takes the passionate, helpful, and insightful part of Showman’s personality. However, possessing this body will make him feel a sense of loneliness.

- V-Man is the purple guy with an egg-shaped physique. His design is inspired by another one of the scrapped Jevil designs. Showman in this body can extend his limbs and jump insanely high due to it being made out of spring material.  He takes the friendly, funny, and playful part of Showman’s personality. However, possessing this body will make him feel a sense of excessive pride.

- L-Man is the flying green guy without limbs and body, only head. However he has a big tail and a sharp nose loosely resembling the devilsknife. Showman in this body can metamorphize, teleport, and even clone himself. He takes the weirdly rational, talented, and manipulative part of Showman’s personality. However, possessing this body will make him feel a sense of dread.

In a meta sense, the scrapped design-inspired parts are the incomplete version of Showman, which ultimately become the Jevil we know at the end! The final, complete, and definitive version of Showman!
