Ember, the angel figure that can be found near Rudy's hospital bed, takes the role of Ralsei. The reason why is because the figure was crafted by both Noelle and Dess in their younger days and is supposed to be a subtle manifestation of Dess, and I thought this was a brain move if the Holidays get swapped with the Dreemurrs. Additionally, the Knight swaps with the Angel. The fountain is styled after the barrier, but not inherently the one from Undertale; just a forcefield that purposely shapes the realm of dusk. The town is replaced with a floating heavenly palace. Instead of the palace being dark, it's styled after a twilight.
