The subtle synths supply that extra dimension where we al like to be. This 4 tracker will supply you with some serious dancefloor fuel, that will keep the crowd craving for more.

Uplifting acid for the dancefloor, driven by solid kicks and a fast pulsating bassline. However uplifting this track may be, it will subtly drag you into dusk as the track progresses.

The EP commences with an eerie yet intriguing confrontation between messianic and extra-terrestrial vocals that creates an aura of disorientation which is then heightened all the greater by the highly compressed and disconcerting sounds that are an incessant feature of H’Kym. Obfuscating matters even more are the unintelligible mutterings found in H’Nok which are then answered by an entrancing celestial chorale. Whilst Minkoon’s animated and pulsating remix of H’nok stands out with its acidic overtones. The EP is then concluded by the bewildering array of industrial and astral sounds found in Ham’Myra.

This is the recording of my set at the Escape to Acid party @ the Péniche Inside Out Boat Liège Belgium.

For this party, i brought a selection of oldskool acid, techno and tekno. But of course there are some new sounds in there as well ;) After the wicked oldskool minded live-set of Outlander and Analog Devices, it was cool to take the music from a cool 135 BPM to the full on pace of P'tit Ju's 175 BPM live-set! Thank you belgian and french ravers, Jey Nocid and all artists! The vibe was awesome!

Mechanism is a Rotterdam based organisation focussing on presenting and releasing adventurous techno driven music. The platform explores the boundaries between forefront audio visual explorations and experimental clubculture. The aim of Mechanism is to push the limits of the sonic pallet and to contribute to the intersection of dance floor rituals and abstract sensory experiences. Besides organizing experimental club nights, the organisation runs the Mechanism record label which releases vanguard electronic music emerging from human machine interactions.

The first release of the label is by Rotor Militia.

Rotor Militia is a electronic music project duo from Rotterdam. Their music is a combination of techno driven digital dance floor beats and hypnotic abstract layers of ritualistic and synthetic sounds.
