I Am Everyone I Need And The Only One Who Stuck Around

Back in 2007, More Than Skies was still a fledgling idea that was developing into a more expansive project outside the realm of being a solo, acoustical performer. Colleen Moore was one of the most talented musicians I have ever collaborated with. I managed to find a couple original demos from the album would eventually become the self titled double album. Her parts were written on the fly during the sessions. She was only 16 then. I did my best to reference her parts on "Our Bodies Will Displace like Chaff in the Wind" on the piano for the album version that eventually was released but it would never have the magic of what she did here... Her ability greatly overshadowed my own, especially at this stage of my development. She is loved and missed by many. I'm thankful to have had the privilege of calling you my friend.
