Raised a lazy Catholic
Moving him with guilt and sin and double chins
To gilded palaces or pens

Still, someone had to die for him
A dirty job, the applicants
Were thin enough in lineage
I didn’t want to deal with it

Granted I was ten, due diligence
Was backhand information then
For serving anger to a kid
