Triqi is a Berlin raised and based DJ that first started her journey DJing while studying in Amsterdam. Now back in her hometown she has started a collective and mix series project Paradisco, joined the FLINTA* collective BLVSH and is a member of the local THF radio crew. For this mix, she's traversed from a slow and chunky 90s dub towards progressive house, bouncy latin-infused rhythms with a sprinkle of electro and old school breakbeat.

Free Shelter invites the musical pastry chef from Crimea, @djmiura, for their 41st guest mix in their Free Shelter Invites series on IDA Radio.

The lifestory and musical career of Miura can not easily be compared to others, whilst starting her professional career as a Pastry chef, she early on got a feeling of mixing (or should we say blending) ingredients. I guess you see where we're going with this, yeah?

Growing up in Crimea, music was a constant presence in her life, especially her fathers composes during family gatherings. She used her musical past with her cooking presence and quickly gained an upper hand on musical production, which then transitioned into an illustrious DJ career.

While Ibiza became a place of solace and comfort during the Ukrainian War, her work as the Art Director at Vognyk Bar and Resident at Kureni mixed with her current home of Berlin have all together blended into what her career has become, where her selections reflects as her own personal diary.

We're stoked to have her kick-off our 2024 season, and so should you. Vsi na bortu!

This new release, ‘Hanging in The Stars Part 1’, comes from Voiski, aka Luc Kheradmand. Voiski has been a prominent figure in the electronic scene for over a decade, with a discography that spans across labels such as Dekmantel, L.I.E.S, and Delsin Records.

With ‘Hanging in the Stars Part 1’, he delivers a collection of tracks that showcases his mastery of sound design and emotive melodies.

‘Romance Mentale’ sets the tone for the EP with its deep, rolling bass line and soaring synth lines. The ambient ‘Harmonie Du Soir’ follows. It’s made of spacious pads creating a weightless atmosphere that provides a luxurious sonic experience.

‘CallIt Madness’ has an infectious groove and propulsive tempo. With its layering of arpeggios that implode and scatter, the track creates a sense of euphoric energy that is driven by an unyielding beat. The EP concludes with the ethereal pads and poignant melodies of its title track.
