This is actually La Rumba but the melody is so weird you can't tell.

Is that sudden ending intentional or is the whole track longer? This piece is quite atmospheric with its insistent dark jazzy  phrases and fits the title well. I could imagine this being used as a soundtrack to a silent film from the 1920's involving voodoo rites or sinister situations where a silently screaming heroine is waiting for the hero to rescue her. Will he get there in time? .... :-)
