Some semi-avantgarde ambient jazz stuff with the Xtreme Lead and Beat Garden rom cards for my Proteus 2000 rompler. Effects from Valhalla. Drums programmed from a kit called Mantis. There is no limit to what fun you can come up with using these old Romplers. The sound is crisp and clear, not over the top. Hit the arpeggio and add some dirty delay. Morgan Willis hails from the South of France, he forged his own sound and style as one of the pioneers of the genre encompassing Synth, Retrowave and reinventing 80s music.

Releasing multiple singles and albums since 2012, Willis' first foray into the synthwave scene began in 2015 with the album Night Rider. Critically acclaimed Miami Calling came in 2016, followed by Sophie Teenage Dream (2017), Supernova (2018), Stay the Night EP (2018) and The Jenkins House (2019), Skyline (2020) Damier Club (2023 ) to add to his superb catalog of Miami Vice-infused 80s electro pop. .

Morgan is also a member of the duo Inviting Waters with American singer Kel, whose debut album will be released in 2023.
