My musical journey continues in 2024 with the first single of a bunch to come more named ‘I’m Enough (Cosmos)’. For this record I wanted to make a retro indie pop track with influences from 80s pop rock, everything from Madonna to The Cure. So I didn't use sidechaining as I do on more dancier tracks, to make it sound more like a live recorded track. The guitars are very uplifting too, with influences from 80s U2, Talking Heads and A Flock Of Seagulls. I used a lot of synths too, to add to the ethereal feeling. Overall it is a throwback to the old Futurecop! records.

Transformers is the first track from the album The Movie, released in 2012 by Futurecop! on the Kiez Beats Records label. This track perfectly illustrates what makes them unique: sublime melodies, and a magical harmony. Memorable arpegiatos and incredible bass lines. And of course the use of filters that completely transform the instruments and give a surprising intensity.

Morgan Willis hails from the South of France, he forged his own sound and style as one of the pioneers of the genre encompassing Synth, Retrowave and reinventing 80s music.

Releasing multiple singles and albums since 2012, Willis' first foray into the synthwave scene began in 2015 with the album Night Rider. Critically acclaimed Miami Calling came in 2016, followed by Sophie Teenage Dream (2017), Supernova (2018), Stay the Night EP (2018) and The Jenkins House (2019), Skyline (2020) Damier Club (2023 ) to add to his superb catalog of Miami Vice-infused 80s electro pop. .

Morgan is also a member of the duo Inviting Waters with American singer Kel, whose debut album will be released in 2023.

Live performances have seen Morgan Willis travel to cities as diverse as New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Cologne, Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, ​​Darmstadt, Marseille, London, Helsinki...
