Belgian house maestro DJ Licious teams up with British singer/songwriter Jae Hall on their new single 'Roots', which drops on the producer's own imprint SHOMI. 

Just in time as the world begins to re-open, 'Roots' is a club banger ready to shake the dancefloor and DJ Licious is ready to party with his gritty basslines, detuned synths with a track that brings us back to the days of big festivals. 

After his recent success with ‘Hope' the track reached the official top 30 in Belgium, and has received many plays on Party Anthems on BBC Radio 1 and support by Tiësto, Sam Feldt, Nicky Romero, Don Diablo & Benny Benassi, to name a few. 

‘Roots' is part of his new EP called 'I Don't Wanna Know' which will showcase various tracks that are showing DJ Licious’ versatility and how he’s able to cover the whole spectrum of dance music, from pure dance floor ready tracks to chart-topping hits. The DJ/Producer will release tracks from his EP all over this summer 2021.

The Antwerp DJ, who's used to playing mainstage after mainstage, played his last show on NYE at a desolate Antwerp train station but now looks forward to rocking crowds all around the world again. DJ Licious is best known for massive releases like 'I Hear You Calling', 'I Can't Stop' and 'I'll Be Alright', while also delivering epic remixes for the likes of Avicii & Rita Ora, Kungs, Deorro and Lost Frequencies.

Producer Foxtrot and duo Döts have teamed up to create this understated yet captivating deep house track ‘Lift Me Up’.

Emotional lyrics and a pain-filled vocal compliment the expressive and atmospheric deep house production created by these two talented acts. 

Foxtrot trained as a classical musician before turning his hand to producing electronic music. Artists that inspire him include Steve Angello, Axwell and Eric Prydz. This up and coming producer has already released music via Dirty Dutch, Revealed Recordings and more and has collaborated with fellow promising producers, such as Alexander Cruel, who Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike also back. However, the best is undoubtedly yet to come from Foxtrot. 

Elusive Spanish duo Döts have previously released music via Kryteria Records, collaborated with fellow Spanish producer Crusy on the track ‘All I Need’ and performed at venues such as Ibiza Rocks with the backing of Kryder. The duo also created their own radio show titled Streaming Life via Twitch in 2021. ‘Lift Me Up’ is their first release via Smash Deep as they progress their career. With the Ibiza season at the centre of their career, fans can hope to see Döts continue to play sets on the White Isle in super clubs such as Space.
