A really rough cut of an original song about a boy with green eyes and endless lies.

Fool Me

You already know who this is about (No Name)... I'm still in denial about the whole situation. I love him, but its whatever. I wish things were different, like how they use to be. I miss the guy who use to drive to my house at midnight just to talk. and the guy who use to pick me up and take me to church. The guy who use to stay up all night and talk to me on the phone and pray with me. I wish he hadn't changed. I wish he still cared. I wish he loved me back. I wish he didn't have a million and one girlfriends. I wish he would stop drinking and chasing things that are so hollow. I wish he could see how much I care. I wish he would text me back. Im sorry that I messed things up. I wish I could change things, but  you can't repeat the past you can only move forward. This is me trying. I hate it when he says things and doesn't follow through. I pray that he will grow out of this phase of his life. I pray the same for myself. I pray that there hasn't been too much damage done. I pray that we will both recover. And even though there are copious amounts of wrongs, I still choose to see all the rights. I still love. I don't know why but I do. Always have, always will.

So true, I've tried twice and failed twice. and I really am sorry about the 14 poetry points on the walls (the metaphor that is 14: 14 years old when I fell in love /14 days since we had last talked /'14 the last year I ever love you)... Also, I want my sweater back!
