Did this after Hawtin revived the AfroAcid mix a couple of years back (everyone clamouring for the elusive 'new' mix, only to find it was actually on the original 12" release from '87). I could only get a digital copy of the 3 minute Radio mix, so basically edited myself a DJ-friendly version.

This is the beginning of my recent set at PALS. I really enjoy playing those first tracks, when the club is still empty and the people slowly arrive and have their first drink. It's the perfect opportunity to play some older records, try out some new ones, make some bumpy mixes and get a sense for the atmosphere and what's to come. No sunglasses needed for this one. Hope you enjoy. (-:
