Pat Tassone is an electronic music artist from Melbourne, Australia, co-founder of community events company Wildwood, and head curator of the Wildwood Podcast Series. Over his thirteen-year career he has supported many of the world’s leading acts and played at most of Melbourne’s prestigious festivals, clubs and parties.

In the past sixteen months, this has included notable performances on the Market Stage at Rainbow Serpent, two straight main stage appearances at Babylon Festival, warm up sets for Sasha (UK), Thylacine (FRA) and Agents of Time (ITA), and warm down sets for Sebastien Leger (FRA), Roger Martinez (NED) and Jeremy Olander (SWE).

With a style, hard to lock into one particular genre his music can be described as a unique blend of Progressive, Deep House and Techno. Each set is a carefully crafted journey that differs from the last, patience and timing are key with each track playing its role in creating an atmosphere and flow.

His passion for music has played a huge role in the success of the Wildwood Podcast. It is now one of the premier electronic music podcasts in Australia, releasing weekly to over ten thousand listeners, earning the respect of the global electronic music community.

I had the pleasure of being asked to return back to Evolution 2022 - Tree of Life festival after so long away due to the all the pandemic nonsense..

To be able to travel again is fantastic, to be able to travel and play on the road again is even more unbelievable. I think we were all starting to think we were going to be locked down for life! Especially us Australians who did it particularly tough with the extent and length of all the restrictions.

This was and will be one of my favourite sets of this tour and it was only my first gig on it. The fact I got to play for 4 hours on a massive rig at a festival in front of a super intelligent crowd made it all the more fun. 

Everyone knows I hate playing short sets and doing short mixes that's why I don't do choose to do many of either. I pick and choose my battles these days to make sure I get the gigs and sets where I can maximise my true abilities rather than slam out 10 x 1 hour mixes a year of meaningless rushed sets of each months hits. For me this proves nothing other than keeping social media relevant which is a nessasary evil but that's my personal opinion. Music is and should always be about a journey no matter what genre and unless I feel I can have to the right tools to be able deliver that for me it's a pointless exercise, especially when I can cross so many genres's in a gig.

Playing overseas again has reignited my faith in underground dance music.

As an accomplished DJ, radio show host, vocalist, producer, published writer and promo label head, with no shortage of curveballs in her repertoire, juSt b has performed in iconic cities like London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Montreal, Toronto, & New York, to name a few. After a debut EP on Configurations of Self in Dec 2020, this past February saw her collaborate with new Hungary producer NorB for a 3-track EP on John Digweed’s iconic Bedrock Records, followed by a special guest mix for his legendary Transitions Radioshow. With two more EPs in March & May featuring remixes by Vincenzo & James Welsh, supported by Sasha in Manchester & New York, July 15th marked her 4th release of 2022 with a solo 5-track EP on the esteemed Balance Music along with a Balance Selections mix, home to legends like James Holden, Sasha, Henry Saiz, Max Cooper & Guy J. 

Her ‘Different Places’ track with NorB on Bedrock was chosen as part of Digweed’s ‘Live in London’ Limited Edition cd & vinyl + her collab with Fractal Architect - ‘Rubicon’ - just came out on Cinematique.  

Closing things out Dec 2nd is another big one with her 7th release of the year - 3 new tracks with NorB on Digweed’s Quattro III album - honourable milestones for any artist.

Fresh off headline sets in October at two of the top London clubs - FOLD & E1 Warehouse - she’s also host of Undercurrents, a top-rated show on DIFM, and in addition to several new productions in the works, will be heading for her first India tour in Nov-Dec.

I plunged myself into the deep and more obscure tracks in comparison to the stuff I usually play at clubs or big festivals and I went to a club in my hometown Ghent (BE) to record this mix on a big sound system in order to immerse myself into a real flow.

Pithra:
Pithra’s journey as a DJ/Producer started in 2010. From intimate house parties to clubs and festivals. Pithra's sound spans across a wide spectrum of House Music from Afro/Organic to Prog/Minimal & a bit of Melodic Techno sprinkled in. Based in Ottawa, Pithra is passionate about community and bringing people together. He is co-founder of the collective and label Music.Art.Ppl.

Nikoli:
Nikoli is about sound and motion, movement and frequency. Creating sets and soundscapes that match the mood and tone of the environment Nikoli plays many diverse style and genres and is not limited to one sound. He's happiest when the dance floor is moving and mutating towards a higher awareness. He has appeared throughout Ontario and Quebec playing show stopping sets at events such as Eclipse, Gaia Fest, and Sonic Springs.

Described as “The DJs, DJ” Anthony Pappa truly is a master of his craft and one of the most respected and revered DJs on the international circuit. A massive thanks to everyone who shared this Mad Monday with me for my closing set on the Bushtechno stage. This set was super special for me. I just love closing sets and long sets also and this one was something else. The setting, the crowd and the organisation from top to bottom was absolute top notch and to ride this one into the sunset with you all was super special.
