Our third artist of the year is the musical project of London-based Italian music producer and DJ; Dario Picchi. Melting all the different musical influences absorbed during the 10 years he has spent in the UK, Soreab has been making a name for himself in the local electronic underground scene.
							
With a personal music background, informed by dance, progressive and techno, which goes back to early teenage years, his intertextual productions gravitate around UK bass, grime, dubstep, drum & bass, tribal and IDM. Soreab is one half of Baroque Sunburst records. 
						
His thought process behind the mix; "I've been playing my favourite half-tempo chuggers that have been released from artist who I like in the past years with the concept of shuffling from drumstep to hybrid drum and bass/jungle whilst giving a taste of riddim/bashment and space in between which gives a bit of relief intensity wise but keeps the energy high"
