Monument is excited to share a new label showcase this time in the form of Navigare Audio.

Navigare Audio is the shared vision of three friends and DJ colleagues residing in the northernmost parts of Europe. Countless adventures on dancefloors and stages around many corners of the world planted the seed of giving back to a global scene they've been part of for almost two decades. 

With musical roots spanning all over the psychedelic spectrum, Navigare Audio aims to explore further and deeper into the vast ocean of transcendental Techno.

What peculiar and beautiful forms are shaping the planetary and lunar surfaces of our galaxy… Moved and assembled by forces with which our next adept seems well connected to through her music: Andrea Zapata.

Born in Tacna and raised in Lima, Perú, her career as a DJ began at the age of 22 after studying project media. Even as a young girl she was interested in electronic music and was very excited every time she found new music she liked. Andrea used the pandemic to deepen this childhood mindset and dug deeper than ever, resulting in a musical selection she could really identify with. Her sonic journeys always aim to connect with their listeners and put them in a hypnotic yet peaceful state of mind.

Andrea Zapata offers an unpredictable ride here, which is garnished by quirky sounds and ambienty atmopsheres to transport you gently but steady to the far out. You will also find her very own track “Spiro” in this mix, which was recently released on her first EP “Intuitium” over at KVLTÖ Records.

Our next guests are the acid alter ego of Telmo and Ricardo Afonso.
Naturals from Viseu, in 2011 they started the project due to their curiosity and desire to explore electronic music. In it, they seek creative freedom in the audiovisual context, strongly influenced by psychedelia and sound hypnotism. They are expressed through synthesizers and drum machines, in a live format, not stylistically marked out. It is the environment that defines the destination of this trip. We are happy to announce Hydrous for this week’s podcast. Hydrous is the moniker of Oslo-based Per Christian Berg and possesses a contemporary, psychedelic and deep techno vision that aligns perfectly with what we relish musically. As a skillful producer, his sound reflects the Northern ruggedness with atmospheric and ethereal sounds. 

He is at the helm of Navigare Audio, along with two friends and DJs from the northernmost parts of Europe. Navigare Audio aims to explore further and deeper into the vast ocean of transcendental techno and has lined up a range of exciting releases recently. A new Navigate EP is planned for October.

He compiled and mixed a solid, deep and meditative collection of music for us which partly includes

Van Morph is a restless spirit that has been around since the early 90's as a clubber but also as a listener. In the mid 90's his love for electronic music brought him close to the desire to learn the art of DJing. With this initiation, he officially began his journey in the field of the music industry . He is Co-Owner / Founder of the record Labels Khoros Records, Eurynome Records and Chronos Records, continues to this day to share his musical concerns since music for him is a way of life, a choice that has determined to this day his course so far. His style changes and reshapes from time to time and that does not make him boring.
His music is characterized by dancing bass lines and psychedelic accompaniments while other times his dub mood with various percussions and melodies show the other side of him.
