'Thought Waves' is a first-time collaboration between Galway producer Darran Nugent and Baltimore vocalist/songwriter Phill Celeste aka Life On Planets. The result is a track that beautifully encapsulates the multiplex of emotions of the lockdown consciousness voiced through the unbounded, soul-liberating medium of house music. Phil's lyrics and vocals boldly announce 'Penny for my thoughts, but them thoughts ain't free...tricky. All this thinkin'...taking energy'. His answer is a resoundingly positive one: 'breathe slow' and 'get it out of the way'. 

Darran Nugent has been producing for over 20 years, most notably under his alias Aruba, with some sought after classic vinyls like 'How Low Can you Go' (Exun/Cocoon) or 'In Stereo' (Squareroom) as well as remixing house music legends like Fish Go Deep, Fresh & Low and Freestyle Man. Darran's sound has always challenged the boundaries between deeper and techier styles of House music, while still creating a recognisable, signature style of his own. He also runs his label called Elevation Recordings.

Life On Planets is the solo project of singer/guitarist Phill Celeste. Melding soul, R&B, and house in his original productions, the artist’s eclectic sound took him from the streets of Baltimore to cities the world over. 

William Keohane aka Sacred H3art (Yoruba Records) was an immediate choice to remix 'Thought Waves' with Darran being a huge fan of his unique deep and infectious production style and delivers a stunning remix in his unmistakable style. Watch out for an upcoming releases as READ 'Where’s My Phone' on Defected and a full length album on Ocha Records.

Simon Hinter is steadily but surely leaving his marks on the international producer scene. The German sampling freak already has multiple release on top labels like Freerange, Quintessentials, Nite Grooves or Moment Cinethique and one of his tracks has lately been included on the K7 DJ Kicks by Disclousure, so we are very happy to present his latest work! The “High stakes ep” fuses Techno, House and Disco keeping a deep, raw and funky vibe and ranges from club tracks to the more melancholic “First love”. Mark his name!

Morris Audio is celebrating its 120th release with a splendid 4 track compilation EP called “Homedrills” featuring Decent Rides, The Mechanical Man, Tree Threes and Keita Sano. Busy Bavarian duo Decent Rides open “Homedrills” with classic housey groover for those hot club nights, followed by Italian up and coming producer The Mechanical Man with a proper old school house tune in a Nu Groove style. After 2 full EPs, we’re happy to have Ireland’s finest Tree Threes on board as well with his deep and dynamic “Check it out”. JammHot are a Leeds and London-based production and DJ partnership consisting of Matt Mason, Jamie Adams and Akara Etteh. Having each separately pursued their own musical ventures, the three friends decided to draw on their differing backgrounds and influences to create their own heady blend of house that’s rich in musicality and sense of adventure, yet aimed squarely towards the dancefloor. Perhaps inevitably given their expansive musical heritage, JammHot are always looking to the future while lacing their productions with a deep-seated affection for golden eras of the past.

Wow, Elvis found us! And we’re happy! Do not expect Rock ‘n’ Roll, but for sure some great tunes from Elvis (which is btw. his real first name!). After many UK based producers, it’s time again for some homeboys. Elvis is a young DJ and producer from Zurich/Switzerland and his “Humney” EP is his first full release to date. 
“Humney” is that catchy House tune with a touch of the 90`s house sound, with a great bassline, sexy vocals (from the lovely Choklate) and solid beats. The up and coming Palace (Hot Haus Records) adds a rougher vibe with his remix, but it’s still “Humney”. "The Way" is taking a deeper direction and shows that Elvis Cassetta is definitely a name to watch out for!

Dale Howard is a new signing at Morris Audio and has shown his talent already on labels like OFF or Fear of Flying. The Bounce Back EP is a fine example of both old school and new school, with raw subby bass lines, kicking drums combined with  smooth hypnotic chords and a well balanced deepness. Dale loves the classic sounds of 90's US house and garage and you can hear this on this EP. The remix from our friend Washerman (Gianni Siravo from Azuni fame) is again top quality as all his current work. Let’s bounce!
