Founder of Timeless Moment, Morttagua operates at the intersection of progressive house and techno. A fixture of Brazil’s electronic music scene, he is the country’s all-time best-selling progressive house artist on Beatport and has toured widely, appearing at festivals such as Kappa FuturFestival and Rock in Rio, alongside venues including Green Valley and Pacha.

His body of work is shaped by atmosphere, melody, and long-form structure. His 2024 release on Balance Music, Bwell, reflects that approach. A measured and restrained cut, it favours mood and melodic progression over immediacy.

On this Balance Selections mix, Morttagua delivers a focused two-hour set that showcase his experience. Featuring music from Pryda, Andre Sobota, and Mike Griego. It’s a main-room journey that remains controlled and understated throughout.

Morttagua brings the introspective progressive single Essassani .

The Essassani civilization is located about 500 light years towards the constellation of Orion and it is placed in the fourth dimension, therefore its planet is not visible to "normal" physical eyes. They are very intelligent beings and have great love for humanity in which they give us channeling messages to set us free.   

Morttagua inspired himself in these great benevolent spirit beings to produce a deep introspective Progressive House single, with sparkling main synth arpeggios and emotional harmonies. A very groovy percussion works together with his well-known 4d sound design to make this one a possible future classic!

Argentinian rising stars Mariano Mellino and John Cosani debut in Timeless Moment with Timoycos.

Mariano Mellino e John Cosani have been storming the progressive house scene in the last few years with releases in legendary labels such as Sudbeat , Balance and Selador, so when you  join both together you can only expect pure fire. And this is exactly what Timoycos is.  A very dark prog single, with lots of ambience and a unique melodic glide pitched synth that is sure to put the dance floor in a hypnotic state. 

On the remix duties you have label boss Morttagua with his interpretation, bringing a tech prog vibe to Timoycos.  Morttagua brings a solid groove with very elaborate percussion work, a strong bass line and distorted metallic synths to make Timoycos a pure dance floor secret weapon. 

To finish this EP , Mariano Mellino brings a solo atmospheric  B side single entitled Yougen.  An introspective journey with lots of atmospheres and lush pads embedded in pure melodic harmony! Simply timeless!

Morttagua brings “Tesla” back with two brand new remakes, one from himself and the other from melodic techno legend Ten Walls. 

Progressive anthem “Tesla”, in honor of great inventor Nikola Tesla, was released originally in 2020, making great impact on Beatport TOP 100 single charts.  In Morttagua’s new alternate version, Tesla comes back in a more hypnotic dance floor version, with new percussion grooves, melodic arps and atmospheres. 

In the Remix duties we bring the label debut of the Lithuanian legend  and musical genius Ten Walls, author of timeless classics such as “Walking with Elephants” , “Gotham”, “Requiem” and “Sparta”. This tracks pretty much helped  to spread the popularity of the emerging melodic techno genre at the time, becoming  Beatport’s  all-time best sellers and amassing  many millions of plays worldwide.

For this very special 150th release, Timeless Moment brings the long awaited collaboration from absolute Progressive House legend Stan Kolev and label boss Morttagua in “Ainanna”.

“Ainanna” is an Alien species that had their first recorded visit on Earth in the year 1235 BC in Japan. They come from the constellation of Gemini and have had permanent bases on Mars for thousands of years, where they mine some sort of a gold-like material. The members of this race are the cause why Humans coined the term "Martians".

In this collaboration, Stan Kolev brought his trademark bass lines, percussion groove, synth sound design and atmospheric elements, while Morttagua brought his well-known infectious plucks, melodic riffs and pad harmonies. The use of ethnical vocals, of course, was a must in this collaboration, as both artists are known for the love for this element in their sound. Together they bring “Ainanna”, a peak time dance floor progressive track, hypnotic, powerful, introspective and timeless.

A fixture of Brazil’s electronic music scene, he is the country’s all-time best-selling progressive house artist on Beatport and has toured widely, appearing at festivals such as Kappa FuturFestival and Rock in Rio, alongside venues including Green Valley and Pacha.

His body of work is shaped by atmosphere, melody, and long-form structure. His 2024 release on Balance Music, Bwell, reflects that approach. A measured and restrained cut, it favours mood and melodic progression over immediacy.

Matan Caspi’s ‘Ethereal Dream’ single, featuring the lovely vocals of the Dutch singer ‘Sheya’ taken fresh from his recent intense and emotive ‘Kinetoscope EP’ and was picked to be the first single out of this 3 tracker EP to be remixed. The original is a tasty electronic piece of production which was supported and played by the biggest names in the industry and so we felt there’s got to be a remix EP to compliment it.

We are giving you here 3 beautiful remixes which are completed by no others than progressive house MASTERS: Ziger, Morttagua and Michael A.

All without no doubt are amazing progressive acts which earned their reputation with much respect, and guess what? They did it again here and the result was above any expectations! They just nailed it, each in his own way, each with his own unique vibe! 

Starting with the Greece based producer Ziger which dishing us more the tribally approach with some very unique techno and progressive elements, a real dancefloor smasher, followed by a remix of the dominating Brazilian producer Morttagua which gave it more of a darky deep feel to it with long smooth basslines and melodic elements and a third remix by the mighty Michael A which can’t stop to amaze us with his atmospheric combination of leads, power and sophisticated basslines games! Simply lovely 3 remixes!

The purpose of this EP and the purpose we picked these 3 talented producers for the remix jobs is to put a new spin on the original song, all the while infusing new life in it, making it very interesting and alive again.

Talented Ukrainian Cherry (UA) makes his debut on Timeless Moment with a splendid three track EP in Ruba, Come To Me and Jumanji. 

‘Ruba’ , the first track of the EP,  is a perfect dance floor weapon mixing Progressive stabs with solid house grooves and dark melodies.  The powerful drop of Ruba conquered many sets of the great SOLOMUN as he has been playing this track live in massive festivals and clubs such as TomorrowLand, Circo Loco and Pacha Ibiza. 

The second track of the EP is ‘Come to me” a classic progressive house track with hypnotic arpeggios, lush atmospheres and an amazing bass line.  A complex percussion work and atmospheric vocals add the extra cherry on top of the cake.  

And to end this amazing EP we have the massive afro grooves of ‘Jumanji’. This track throws the audience directly in the ‘Jungle’ with some of the most amazing tribal percussions you will hear this year. For this first volume Morttagua has completely reshaped the melodic wonder hit  ‘Delties’, released in 2013 by the label PHW, and the catalog classic ‘Androids’ , also released in 2013 by the label Uplfting Music. 

Two completely redesigned tracks that have become two brand new original mixes in ‘Redelties’ and ‘Redroids’, simply perfect to kick off this new mesmerizing series from Morttagua.

The Book of Enoch is an ancient apocalyptic religious text, ascribed by tradition to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah. Enoch contains unique material on the origins of demons and giants, why some angels fell from heaven, an explanation of why the Genesis flood was morally necessary, and prophetic exposition of the thousand-year reign of the Messiah.  

The ancient alien theories suggest that “Enoch” intermediated between the fallen angels, the so called alien ‘Watchers”, and the earthly beings.  

Morttagua inspires himself in the mythical Book of Enoch to bring us a nine minute progressive journey through the legends and fables from our ancient civilizations. ‘Book of Enoch’ is a track full of  atmospheres , evolving melodies, organic synths, introspective harmonies and the well-known trademark  sound design from Morttagua.

We start the series of remixes and remakes to celebrate the 10 years of the Morttagua moniker from the Timeless Moment label boss. And to start the series with a blast , we bring you brand new Interpretations of Morttagua & Gaby Endo ethnical classic “Urania”. 

The first Remix comes from the absolute Progressive master Stan Kolev.  With his trademark dark baselines and atmospheres, Stan makes a powerful dance floor smasher as usual. He geniously adds a beautiful new riff melody on top of the original ethnical harmonies and vocals, making his version even more special. 

Gai Barone returns with a version of Urania that was previously only played it privately. When remixing Urania back in 2017, Gai Barone made two Remixes, one that was released and a special second interpretation that was only used as a secret dance floor weapon. Now a wider audience will be finally able to listen to the alternate masterpiece version of his Remix for Urania.

Morttagua brings his first single of the year with the deep and mellow “Pallas”. 

Pallas is a track with long history on the making as Morttagua produced the first version of the track in early 2016.  Initially the track wasn’t planned to be released, but Morttagua showed it to the legendary Luciano, when both were sharing a studio session in Switzerland in 2018, and it immediately got an amazing response from him. When getting this important feedback from Luciano Morttagua finally decided to release the track and was just waiting for the right moment.  

Now with the Organic House genre making big waves on the scene,  Morttagua found it a perfect time to release the track. 

Pallas is a very melodic peace of art with harmonic pianos, strings and guitar melodies surrounding a soft ethereal vocal. On top of the very emotional feel of the track, Morttagua adds a very unique percussion work to make PALLAS literally go through our six senses.

On the Remix duties for PALLAS we bring legendary Nick Warren teaming up with Argentinian rising star Nicolas Rada. 

Nick and Rada change the original into a more hypnotic dance floor weapon, with that special “Soundgarden” trademark sound that is capturing the imagination of many fans around the world. With an astonishing drum work and mix design, this Remix takes us into an atmospheric journey through lush pads and introspective melodies, giving us the perfect combination of harmony and groove for our soul and body.
